The conference focuses on various elements of social media as the theme of the event is Social Media: Consumption, Impact and Gratification and related fields of study. The lead speaker is Dr. Meena T Pillai an associate professor, Institute of English and Director, Centre for Cultural Studies, University of Kerela, Thiruvananthapuram.
The main criteria for call for papers is that the student should have a complete research done on their topic of representation and should be related to the topic Social Media: Consumption, Impact and Gratification. Selected papers will indulge the student to come up and present their research paper on the day of the conference. The papers should be very well researched and thought about as these papers would give the attendees an overview as to what the conference is all about.
Papers will be selected on a competitive basis and all submissions will be screened by an expert panel.
